Repair Technician
Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with precision equipment? We are seeking a Repair Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will build new live turret tooling, repair customer-supplied tooling, and support our operations by delivering high-quality workmanship and dependable service. Hours M-F 7:00am-3:30pm
What You'll Do
As a Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshoot and repair customer-supplied live turret tooling.
- Rebuild tooling using new components.
- Assemble new tooling from pick lists and engineering specifications.
- Measure bearing preload, gear spacing, and perform precision mechanical assembly.
- Cross-train with the Assembly Department and provide support as needed.
- Assist with assembly projects during periods of increased production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including daily housekeeping tasks.
- Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing or mechanical assembly role.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with production team members.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety and company policies.
