🔧 What You’ll Own
We’re looking for a high-performance Sales Consultant & Project Supervisor who can sell, lead, and deliver quality for a growing construction and finishing company in Miami.
Your primary mission is to sell residential and commercial projects—not just quote them—and ensure every client feels confident, cared for, and proud of the result.
This is a sales-first role. You’ll own your pipeline, close deals, and guide your sold jobs through completion with professionalism and accountability.
You’ll collaborate with a strong remote coordination and admin team so your time stays focused on selling, follow-up, and customer relationships.

A. Primary Functions
Drive sales in residential and commercial finishing projects (target $1.1MM/year).
Maintain a 45% close rate on qualified opportunities.
Build relationships across Miami through networking, partnerships, and referrals.
Conduct on-site assessments, deliver professional proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Supervise your sold projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Capture field photos and short videos for client communication and marketing use.
Participate in weekly sales coaching, training, and performance reviews.
B. Systems Ownership
You’ll be fully accountable for:
PaintScout – Estimates, proposals, and pricing accuracy.
Pipedrive (or similar CRM) – Lead management, follow-up, and reporting.
CompanyCam (or similar platform) – Job documentation and client updates.
C. Measurable Deliverables
Annual sales volume: $1.1MM.
Close rate: Minimum 45%.
Client satisfaction: Average 4.8-star rating or higher.
Profit margin targets met across all sold projects.
CRM activity updated weekly with 100% accuracy.
D. Support Task Delegation
Supported by a coordination and operations team that manages:
Proposal formatting, job costing, and invoicing.
CRM and scheduling admin tasks.
Client surveys, feedback collection, and review follow-up.
Administrative coordination and project documentation.
Your focus: selling, relationship management, and execution excellence.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000–$104,000/year (base commission incentives)
Commission: Paid on gross profit, with higher percentages for self-generated leads
