What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk position at Comgraphx?
Comgraphx is currently looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our team. This role involves packaging and processing outgoing shipments, receiving and tracking incoming materials, and working alongside the team to ensure orders are sent correctly and on time. This includes both shipping responsibilities and some hands-on production support.
This is a great opportunity to build on your existing skills and learn new ones. Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred, and experience with packaging, shipping, or inventory tracking is a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with the shipping supervisor and team members to package, prepare, and process shipments
- Ensure products are packaged according to internal standards and customer specifications
- Assist with small parcel shipments up to freight shipments
- Maintain accurate and timely records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Work at a computer workstation for shipping and tracking tasks
- Use tools and equipment (tape guns, label printers, and finishing equipment)
- Safely lift and move materials, assisted and unassisted (typically up to 30–50 lbs),
- Support production as part of a team-based workflow

Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
- Occasional overtime after 3:45 PM to ensure shipments go out on time
