Overtime as required. Your Tasks: To work safely no matter what. Safety is our #1 priority. Understand blueprints and drawings. Lay out and install commercial duct work in a wide variety of job settings. Unload, move, and handle commercial-scale duct work. Properly finish and seal duct work to pass testing. Help train apprentices. Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roof. Assist with installing commercial HVAC equipment. What We’re Looking For: 4 years of commercial sheet metal installation experience Journeyman-level training or documented field experience Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork You need to be able to; Keep it a Drug-free Workplace. Be punctual and reliable. Work as a team. Work in extremes of heat, cold, bad weather, indoors and outdoors. Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry max of 60 lbs. Willing to be cross trained in different trades. Work well in confined spaces. Work above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
