We are a distributor of ductless air conditioning systems, specializing in COOPER&HUNTER and OLMO brands, and we continue to expand.
HVAC Support Technician (In-Office)
Pay Range: $23 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts available: 8 AM – 4 PM | 9 AM – 5 PM | 10 AM – 6 PM
Location: Full-time, in-office position
This is not a field role. You will be providing technical support over the phone, helping troubleshoot mini-split systems.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist with troubleshooting mini-split systems
- Learn Cooper&Hunter and Olmo products, including error codes and diagnostics
- Help customers with warranty registration and replacement part orders
- Document all technical support interactions
- Assist with testing and minor in-house equipment repairs when needed
Qualifications
- EPA License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience (Required)
- Hands-on experience with mini-split systems (Required)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
