Customer Support Specialist ( CSS ): Comfortex, a leading manufacturer of Medical Mattresses & Cushions, is looking for an excellent communicator to work with Healthcare Professionals and help them…help others. The CSS works to ensure Current Comfortex Customers and other Healthcare Providers are aware of and/or are experiencing the benefits Comfortex and its’ products provide.
A Comfortex CSS must have excellent Verbal and Writing skills. A great CSS has an ability to engage in an informational exchange. To describe what our company can provide, what we do for other healthcare providers…and what they have a right to experience. A great CSS can communicate easily and honestly.
- Starting wage is $20.00/hour.
- $1.00 per hour increase after 6 months and again after 12 months
- Medical and dental benefits.
- Vacation and Holiday pay after just 6 months.
- M-F 8:00 - 4:30 ( part-time is available )
Communicating With and Servicing :
· Current Customers : contact current customers to ensure what they have purchased is meeting their expectations. Confirm or coordinate actions that ensure customer needs are met or exceeded.
· Prospective Customers : Call to open communication with decision makers at a Hospital or Health System to share information about Comfortex, who we serve and the benefits we can provide.

· Product Benefits & Customer Needs ( both clinical & financial )
· Unique Design Features-Benefits
· Design’s History and Construction
· Designs Strengths-Weaknesses-Competitor Items

· Healthcare Business & Marketing Terms
CSS Goals :
· Establish Person to Person Communication.
· Send information to help Providers make informed decisions.
· Coordinate Product Evaluations and Interactive TEAMs meetings.
· Be a Reason Someone Stays or Becomes a Comfortex Customer.
