Comfort Zone of North Florida Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Lead to join our growing residential team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading residential HVAC system installations (primarily full system changeouts)
- Ensuring quality, clean, and code-compliant installs
- Working with a small, dependable install team
- Communicating with homeowners in a professional manner
- Completing one installation per day to maintain quality standards
- No rushed afternoon installs and no overbooked days
- Mixed install and service work (coils, compressors, etc.)
- Duct cleaning during non-install days (Training Available)
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- Ability to lead installs with a helper
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must have own tools
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Willingness to follow company standards and installation procedures

Compensation & Benefits
- $58,000 – $78,000 base pay depending on experience
- Performance bonuses available

Monday–Friday
Day shift only
