What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Marketing position at Comfort Windows?
Field Marketing - full and part-time available
COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking energetic people to represent our products to potential customers. The position mainly involves going door-to-door in surrounding communities introducing Comfort’s offerings to homeowners.
You will be taught sales presentations that demonstrate solid knowledge of our products and services with the goal of scheduling free inspections and estimates on home improvement projects. You will also be trained to answer any questions and address objections brought up by the homeowner.
In addition to neighborhood marketing, you will also attend events including fairs, home shows, etc. to represent Comfort and secure appointments from attendees.
You will have daily and weekly quotas to meet, which will lead to rewarding incentive pay for setting up appointments where product is demonstrated and sold by Comfort representatives.
Base hourly rates start between $16-20/hr., depending on your previous experience. Add to that the bonuses available and you can make $25-30/hr. and more!
Prior canvassing/marketing experience is preferred, with the ability and confidence to present material in a face-to-face setting.
