What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Delivery Driver position at Comfort Windows?
COMFORT WINDOWS is currently seeking a full-time Construction Delivery Driver in our Buffalo, NY location.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up, delivery, and emptying of dump trailers to and from job sites
- Delivery of materials to job sites as needed
- Be on call for material pick-ups from job sites, working with leadership to coordinate returns and proper handling of paperwork
- Provide assistance to onsite job crews when needed
- Properly maintain assigned vehicles and equipment
- Assist warehouse personnel when available
- Work in a safe, efficient, and cooperative manner
Requirements:
- Have and maintain a valid, clean New York State Driver’s license
- Have the ability and experience to safely drive a ¾ ton truck towing a heavy-duty trailer
- Ability to safely lift up to 50-75 lbs.
