Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and supply inventory control
- Use computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently in person or over the phone
- Perform clerical tasks including typing, data entry, filing, and maintaining records with attention to detail
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
- Prior office experience or administrative experience that demonstrates reliability and initiative
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling financial tasks
