Weekend Front Desk Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented WEEDEND Front Desk Agent to Be ABLE TO WORK ALL THREE SHIFTS and serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities

• Able to work graveyard and weekends, able to work in breakfast area
• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with attention to detail
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the front desk area and office supplies
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office documentation
• Support office management activities by coordinating meetings, managing office supplies inventory, and handling miscellaneous administrative duties
• Crossed trained in all deptments able to help in all depts while at the front desk

Experience

• Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks
• Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer support via phone communication
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles that involved client communication and office management is preferred
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
