- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing timely solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance personalized service
- Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest experience and satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries professionally
