Job Overview : Available shifts: 7am-3pm, 3-11pm MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SHIFTS IF NEEDED. 11pm-7am IS A PLUS.
The hotel is currently completing property improvements. Front Desk Agents will assist with guest services, vendor and contractor coordination, property monitoring, and light front desk responsibilities during this transitional period. Flexibility, professionalism, and strong communication skills are still essential.
- Must be dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be comfortable interacting with guests, contractors, vendors, and inspectors.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain engaged throughout the shift is required.

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other requests - Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Proficient in operating front desk equipment, including phone systems and computer software - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
