Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently and professionally
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
- Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all hotel accounts
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing concerns promptly, offering local information, and enhancing overall guest relations
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting routine safety checks during overnight shifts
- Handle guest complaints or issues with a positive attitude, striving to resolve problems swiftly and satisfactorily
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, room assignments, and special requests with attention to detail
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in front desk duties including multi-line phone systems, reservation software, and guest management systems
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and financial reconciliation processes within a resort or hotel setting
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build positive guest relations and provide memorable hospitality experiences
