Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens and towels regularly, ensuring all bedding is fresh and well-presented.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain safety standards.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is a plus.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient operations.
• Proficiency in floor care techniques, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is advantageous.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
