Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
- Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to maintain guest satisfaction
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain overall facility cleanliness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing and carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or industrial cleaning practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
