Hotel Front Desk Agent

Join the team at Comfort Suites Fresno River Park as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional service to ensure a pleasant stay. This position offers part-time or full-time opportunities, primarily covering 2 PM to 10 PM shifts, with flexibility for AM and overnight shifts as needed.

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently while handling all necessary documentation.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage reservations.
• Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.
• Process payments and balance cash drawers accurately at the end of shifts.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hotel front desk role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation software.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and overnight.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
