Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home nursing assessments and assist with developing individualized care plans.
- Provide nursing services within the scope of your license and applicable care plans.
- Monitor clients' health conditions and report changes as appropriate.
- Provide health education and support to clients and their families.
- Communicate and collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Provide nursing oversight and other clinical support as needed.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota.
- Nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to provide flexible support based on client and agency needs.
- Position: RN or LPN
- Schedule: Very part-time or PRN
- Hours: Approximately 8–10 hours per week
