3 to 11pm Home Health Aide

Comfort Keepers is now hiring an evening home health aide in the St. Cloud area! Primary hours would be from 3pm to 11pm with additional hours available if interested.

Wage begins at $18 an hour unless Certified Nursing Assistant then $20 an hour. Eligible after 5 months of employment for free CNA classes with Scrubs Academy.

Part time and full-time hours available depending on your availability.

About The Job

As an in-home caregiver, you will clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Hands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene
• Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, linen change, vacuuming, laundry, garbage etc
• Meal planning, cooking and baking
• Conversation and companionship
• Interactive Caregiving
• Assistance with mobility that may include use of transfer tools/equipment
• Assistance with medication
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care
• Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed
• Provide proper electronic documentation of shift as well as cares.
  
  

Comfort Keepers Requirements

• Experience in a caregiving role
• Must be available every other weekend and holiday
• 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving
• DHS and driving record background clearance
• Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required
