Bloomsburg Opportunity 1 — Afternoon Personal Care & Home Support (Part‑Time)
Schedule: Afternoon hours
Support Needed:
- Personal care and mobility support
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments
- Companionship and engagement
Additional Notes:
- Female caregiver preferred
- Pet presence in the home
- Smoke‑free environment
Bloomsburg Opportunity 2 — Morning Personal Care & Specialized Support (Part‑Time)
Schedule: Morning hours, two caregivers needed
Support Needed:
- Bathing and personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Mental‑health‑aware support
- DME familiarity and safe equipment use
- Skilled transfer assistance
- Transportation when needed
Additional Notes:
- Female caregiver preferred
- Smoke‑free environment
Bloomsburg Opportunity 3 — High‑Needs Full‑Day Support, Four Days Weekly (Part‑Time)
Schedule: Approximately 9:00am–10:00pm, four days per week
Support Needed:
- Hoyer lift transfers
- Personal care
- Catheter assistance per care plan
- Light housekeeping
- Meal support and daily engagement
- Support for a bedbound adult
- Navigating a busy household environment
Additional Notes:
- Home includes nine cats, one small dog, and a 17‑year‑old special‑needs child
