The Community Relationship Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will foster relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses to promote Comfort Keepers' services. You will engage in networking events, deliver informational presentations, and develop marketing initiatives to build brand awareness. Additionally, the role involves identifying community needs, coordinating outreach programs, and generating referrals to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network effectively within local communities
- Experience in marketing, public relations, or business development is preferred
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and execute multiple tasks
- Knowledge or experience in senior care, healthcare, or related services is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
