What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Recruiter position at Comfort Keepers?
Essential Functions but are not limited to:
- Coordination and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Oversees the recruitment and hiring process which includes processing applications, conducting background checks, employee interviews, and oversees the orientation and onboarding process.
- Actively maintains current employee files in accordance with Medicaid and company policies and procedures.
- Manages employee benefits and performance reviews and evaluations
- Compiles HR related data and prepares reports.
- Audits and maintains personnel records per federal, state, local, and company policy.
- Manages caregiver continuous education program.
- Participate in On Call
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Experience in recruitment, hiring, and administration of benefits programs, and other HR programs.
- Knowledge of the Ohio Department of Medicaid Requirements for Home Care Workers.
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Positive, professional, business image.
