What You’ll Do
- Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice providers, social workers, and case managers
- Develop community partnerships throughout your assigned Northern Virginia territory
- Represent Comfort Keepers® at networking events, healthcare meetings, senior-focused events, and local business organizations
- Educate families and referral partners on our in-home care services and personalized care approach
- Generate new client opportunities through relationship-based outreach and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure exceptional client and family experiences
- Maintain activity tracking and referral reporting through CRM systems
- Support local marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and LinkedIn networking
What We’re Looking For
- Sales, business development, healthcare outreach, or community relations experience preferred
- Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, hospice, or related industries is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable networking and engaging with healthcare professionals and community partners
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned Northern Virginia territory
