What You’ll Do
- Guide families through available care services and respond to client inquiries
- Coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients to ensure quality care delivery
- Conduct client and caregiver assessments to support safe and personalized care
- Maintain communication between caregivers, families, and office staff
- Resolve scheduling concerns and service-related issues professionally
- Support caregiver onboarding, training, and ongoing communication
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Represent Comfort Keepers at community events and networking opportunities
- Assist in identifying and connecting with potential caregiver candidates
- Participate in team meetings, administrative tasks, and on-call rotations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and related software
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
