Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Care Coordinator located in Logansport, IN. The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing communications with clients and their families, providing support to ensure positive client experiences, caregiver meet and greets, scheduling care services, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining records. The coordinator will act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and other internal departments while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care aligned with the organization's values.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Customer service experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer satisfaction
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and technology systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Previous experience in a caregiving or senior care-related role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to care coordination or administration is a plus
