Role and responsibilities include
- Client in take ( follow up on leads, talk to clients, families & coordinate home visits for nurse and director)
- Track metrics and oversight of scheduling and hiring functions for caregivers/CHHAss
- Handle client escalations and maintain quality and compliance
- Assist in invoicing and any payment reconciliation and follow ups
- Participate in weekly on-call rotation to handle emergency after hours
- May include other tasks in support of our in home care mission
