We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and people-focused Client Care Coordinator to join our growing Comfort Keepers home care team. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through proactive sales efforts, including door-to-door outreach and community engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as physicians’ offices, hospitals, senior centers, and community organizations
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, health fairs, and educational presentations
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients and their families to assess needs and present care solutions
- Follow up on leads, track outreach activities, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
- Represent the agency professionally in all community and client interactions
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare sales, or a related field required
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality with natural leadership qualities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally
