What You'll Do
- Manage caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive reliable care
- Assist clients and families with service requests and questions
- Coordinate daily office operations and care updates

- Work closely with caregivers to provide excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems
