JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our guest rooms are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing facility cleanliness, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits.
- Manage sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms and common areas to promote health and safety standards.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying supplies, restocking amenities.
- Support janitorial or custodial tasks in larger facilities or hotels by performing routine cleaning routines and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including hotel rooms and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guest.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling comfortably.
- Experience with laundry operations and stain removal techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies management.
- Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.
