Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment
- Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff
- Assist with special cleaning projects including industrial cleaning tasks or deep cleans of carpets and upholstery
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution
- Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, quality standards, and operational procedures
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques, floor care equipment, and janitorial supplies
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence
- Experience with industrial cleaning or specialized sanitation procedures is a plus
