Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Knowledge of custodial practices and proper cleaning techniques
