Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent(s) to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes in a timely manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively, directing them as necessary.
- Assist in managing billing and payment processes while ensuring accuracy.
- Cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping daily.
- Assisting folding towels.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
