Guest Service Representative/Front Desk

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent(s) to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes in a timely manner.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively, directing them as necessary.
• Assist in managing billing and payment processes while ensuring accuracy.
• Cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping daily.
• Assisting folding towels.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage.
