What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent position at Comfort Inn & Suites?
The Comfort Inn & Suites is looking for a motivated, helpful and outgoing person for the position of evening Guest Service agent
We are a 86 room property located off Exit 14E
The ideal candidate would be personable, cheerful, outgoing and detail oriented and an experienced leader. Tasks include but are not limited to:
* Facilitating the check-in and check-out functions for all guests
* Maintaining accurate payment information for all guests and facilitating proper billing for online travel-agents (eg Expedia, Hotwire, Booking.com, etc)
* Answering and transferring incoming phone calls
* Receiving and responding to guest requests
* Communicating with other departments as needed to ensure prompt and excellent guest service
* Completing a daily checklist of tasks to ensure smooth operation and efficient organization of the desk
At present, full time Evening 3pm to 11pm and part time flexible shifts are available. Some weekends and holidays are an absolute must. Candidates must be willing to submit to a background check.
