Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond swiftly to guest concerns or issues, demonstrating strong guest relations skills and problem-solving abilities
- Conduct night audits as needed, verifying billing accuracy and preparing daily financial reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all guest materials are readily accessible
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to deliver seamless service delivery
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to safety, security, and guest privacy
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude above all
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for communicating with diverse guests
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed—night audit experience is a plus
- Previous hotel experience or resort background is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
