Housekeeper

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
• Follow established cleaning protocols for industrial cleaning environments while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience in hospitality settings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
