Hotel Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to hospitality and have experience in housekeeping or custodial services.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
• Assist with laundry services as needed to maintain the cleanliness of linens and uniforms.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of responsibility.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
