Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Execute floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and courteously
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating with team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and stain removal techniques
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and safety protocols is a plus
