Shift: Evening Shift (12AM-8AM)

Job Summary:

Comfort Inn is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out experience offering superb customer service. In addition to front desk duties, you will also be responsible for folding linen and terry (towels, sheets, etc.), helping maintain a clean and organized supply for our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities: Auditor key responsibilities are to "roll over" the day in our system and ensure all billing is processed correctly for the guests' in-house. Auditors are also responsible for making sure all left-over laundry is folded and put away, getting breakfast ready by 6am and keeping the food stocked for guests.

Front Desk Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations
• Customer service is primary in this role, must be able to go above and beyond for guest.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Provide local information and assist with guest requests

Linen & Terry Duties:

• Wash, Dry and Fold linens and terry according to hotel standards
• Organize folded items and stock supply closets as needed
• Assist housekeeping staff with maintaining an orderly laundry and linen area
• Report any shortages or quality issues with laundry items

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks (folding, lifting up to 25 lbs)
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• On occasion when breakfast attendant isn't available to work, light cleaning duties in the breakfast room
• Staying on top of keeping the lobby and corridors clean
