What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels?

We are looking for a motivated/driven Front Desk Agent that can buy into a "team" atmosphere. This position is sales heavy, and also requires excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Check in and out guests
  • Create reservations
  • Customer service (accommodate and welcome guests)
  • Maintain lobby and office
  • Maintain up to date ledger
  • Perform shift audits
