Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations.
• Assist with food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Set up buffet stations, replenish food supplies, and manage portion control to ensure freshness and presentation.
• Engage with guests courteously, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent guest services.

Skills

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, including bussing tables and cleaning as needed.
• Hospitality background or hotel experience can enhance your ability to deliver guest relations excellence.
