Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and food service equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Assist with food handling, including portioning, plating, and replenishing buffet stations or serving areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays
- Ensure proper manual handling techniques when lifting or moving heavy items such as trays or supplies
- Follow food safety management protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
- Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or large groups
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are organized for smooth service flow
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Fine dining experience or culinary background enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations is essential
- Experience operating kitchen equipment and POS systems demonstrates your technical proficiency
