In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. Your dedication ensures every guest experiences a spotless, comfortable stay that exceeds expectations. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your custodial skills within a vibrant, service-oriented environment.

Hours generally go from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Days of the week will vary. Holidays and weekends a must.

Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Change linens, replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and remove trash to uphold cleanliness standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment for yourself and guests
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks or special projects as assigned to support overall facility hygiene
• Maintain detailed records of rooms cleaned and supplies used to ensure accountability and efficiency

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety protocols is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within designated timeframes
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach that values guest satisfaction
