Date and hours would vary but typically would be Monday and Tuesday from 6:00am to 12:30pm and possibly Saturday and Sunday 6:00am to 12:30pm.

Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing and ingredients are replenished promptly
- Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing friendly and efficient customer service throughout breakfast hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and assembling breakfast items to meet quality standards
- Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively
- Support catering or banquet events by setting up buffet lines or serving stations as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or banquet settings
- Familiarity with serving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Barista experience or background in the food industry is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage and food preparation
- Experience working in catering or banquet environments enhances ability to manage large groups efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for creating an inviting atmosphere for guests
