Comfort Experts has been providing heating and air conditioning services in the Ft. Worth area since 1962. Since that time, we’ve kept up with the many changes in HVAC technology that have occurred so we can provide our customers with the best HVAC service possible. Then this is the job for you! Comfort Experts is one of the largest heating and air companies in the DFW metroplex. Our headquarters is located in beautiful Weatherford Tx about 1/2 an hour west of Fort Worth which is where this job would be located.
You would be responsible for:
Answering inbound troubleshooting and repair calls
Scheduling our service and sales representatives
Dispatching calls to our technicians and sales reps
Making outbound follow up calls to our existing customer base
Skills required: Excellent Customer Service skills, data entry, ability to learn our business
Starting pay $13 through training and then move to a base plus where our top CSR's are making $18-$19 per hour.

Must be drug free and felony free.
4 positions available
(1) Monday-Friday 12-9 with weekends off through the summer. 11-8 during the winter. Weekends off
(1) Sunday- 8a-5 p and Monday-Wednesday 9a-8p Thursday-Saturday off
(1) Wed- Fri 8a-5p Saturday 8a-5p Sunday-Tuesday off
(1) Saturday 8a-5p Monday-Wednesday 9a-8p off Thursday, Friday, Sunday
Salary : $18 - $19
