In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating the company vehicles to ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our clients. You will be managing route driving and load & offloading wheelchair clients. If you work well in fast-paced environments and enjoy being on the move, this is the job for you.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to complete scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
- Adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure timely trips.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, and vehicle inspections.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (class C with Passenger Endorsement) with a clean driving record.
- Physical capability for moving items, pushing wheelchairs, and performing manual tasks throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial driving.
- Strong communication skills.
