Guaranteed 40hrs Full-Time Pay, On-Call Caregiver Position

Position Summary

We’re hiring a Home Care Response Specialist / On-Call Caregiver to support clients and caregivers. You’ll be available Monday - Friday & one weekend a month, during business hours from 8:00am-6:00pm to respond to callouts or cover open shifts, with occasional pre-scheduled shifts within a 60 mile radius of your home address.

• Guaranteed pay for 40 hours / week (even if scheduled hours are less)
• Typical workload: 25–32 hours per week, based on historical data
• Must be willing to travel 60 miles from your home address.

Schedule

• Weekdays: On-call Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekend: One weekend (Sat & Sun) per month (every 3rd weekend)
• Two paid weekdays off after weekend rotation. Weekend shift differential of $0.50/hour.

Pay & Benefits

• $18.50/hour mileage reimbursement ($0.50/mile)
• Guaranteed 40hrs Full-Time Pay a week
• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40/week

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or caregiver experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift/transfer clients and provide personal care
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel 60 miles
