We’re looking for a Residential Construction Sales Professional to join our growing team who can build strong client relationships and help guide customers through the construction process. The ideal candidate enjoys working with homeowners, understands the construction process, and is driven to close projects while delivering exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss renovation and construction projects
- Develop proposals and present project opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, realtors, and referral partners
- Track leads and manage sales pipeline
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project start
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction or residential building industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage leads, meet with clients, and guide them from initial consultation through project agreement
- Self-motivated and organized with strong follow-through
