Pay & Benefits

• $18.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
• Typical weekly earnings: $800–$2,000

What You'll Do

• Travel to customer job sites in company vehicles
• Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, repairing, and cleaning
• Install epoxy, polyaspartic, and other premium concrete coating systems
• Operate professional installation equipment and power tools
• Work alongside a team to complete high-quality installations efficiently and safely
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Represent Comer & Cross with professionalism while interacting with customers

What We're Looking For

Experience in construction, concrete, flooring, painting, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor is helpful, but not required. We value attitude and work ethic just as much as experience.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Dependable and punctual
• Willing to learn and take pride in their work
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Able to lift 50–60 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working on their feet throughout the day
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to safely operate company trucks and trailers
• In possession of a valid driver's license
• Able to reliably commute to our Minneapolis location

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Typical workweek of 40–50 hours
• Occasional Saturdays based on workload
