ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Manager (Hybrid – Denver, CO)
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Manager to support a large-scale enterprise environment at one of the most complex and fast-growing organizations in the country.
This role is critical in driving CMDB data quality, asset lifecycle management, and configuration governance across a large IT ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Own and improve CMDB data health (completeness, correctness, compliance)
Manage asset & configuration item (CI) lifecycle from intake through retirement
Oversee ServiceNow integrations, ETL processes, and reconciliation rules
Ensure alignment with CSDM framework and service mapping
Partner with Asset Management, Procurement, and IT Operations teams
Lead audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
Experience with:
CMDB Health, Data Manager, Attestation
IntegrationHub & data integrations
CI relationships and asset alignment
Knowledge of ITIL v4 (Configuration & Asset Management)
Experience working in large-scale environments (10k assets preferred)
Nice to Have
ServiceNow certifications (CIS – HAM, Discovery)
Experience with CSDM implementations
Reporting tools (Power BI, Performance Analytics)
Location
Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite in Denver International Airport
Contract
12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)
40 hours/week
