Core Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Comcast CTO Rick Rioboli, our CIO will be responsible for the design, architecture, build, and operation of Comcast Business’ customer applications. S/he will build the ‘customer journey of the future.’
- Be obsessed with the customer experience – demonstrate an ability to translate key enterprise consumer needs into business and service requirements. Have an innate understanding of an enterprise’s behavior, and develop systems and processes to meet their needs.
- Provide technical leadership and partner with business leaders to set technology strategies and investments that are integrated with overall applications and business processes.
- Assess, guide, and support the deployment of next-generation applications with a focus on automation, capital efficiency, and new innovative services.
- Create a platform by which the company can design, provision, and launch new services even faster.
- Be a change agent with a focus on developing strategic goals for reliability and converged connectivity while creating a customer-obsessed culture.
- Help the company move from a silo’d infrastructure framework to one that is unified in purpose.
- Spearhead the implementation of solutions that impact the millions of customers who rely on Comcast Business services.
- Create new and meaningful ways to improve IT processes and systems that enable the organization to grow to $20B and beyond.

Professional Experience and Qualifications:
- Deep experience implementing and operating systems and tools at a very large scale, and well versed in the operation of scale architectures.
- Extensive operational knowledge and prior responsibility overseeing customer lifecycle tools and processes for business customers of all sizes.
- Experience implementing and executing an M&A playbook focused on efficiently integrating companies and products into the fold.
- Led the development and delivery of multiple complex business technology solutions into production that have achieved or surpassed business goals.
- Experience developing and supporting high-demand applications optimized to run in cloud environments.
- Strong grasp of traditional OSS and BSS technologies, and have an excellent understanding of how these systems play a role in achieving broader business goals and objectives
- Experience managing, motivating and inspiring large technical teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate higher-level business and strategic goals of the organization to external clients and partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and hands-on operational levels.
